E-On Software just announced that the 2009 edition of the Vue 3d environment competition was open.
The competition opens on the 15th of June and submissions can be made until the 20th of July 2009.
Images can be of any style, with any subject, and can include objects made with third party software, but they must include Vue environment related elements. No postwork of any kind allowed: the image has to be a pure 3d render.
The prizes are interesting (especially the first one). Judging by the images that won the competition last year, it should be tough, but seems to be doable. I am already starting to think about what I could send.
